This natural bath soak completely dissolves in hot water, enriching your bath with hydrating trace minerals and infusing it with calming and relaxing aromas. The French clay opens the skin's pores and draws out toxins, whilst the salts and dried flowers provide sodium (especially useful to overworked muscles) and a gentle exfoliation to further remove dirt and dead skin.
Lasts about 2 uses
Equipment: airtight container
Ingredients:
- 40g bath salts (such as Himalayan salt crystals, Epsom salts or dead sea salt)
- 150g powdered coconut milk
- 2 tbsp pink or white French clay
- 2 tbsp vanilla powder
Elevate it: 2 tbsp rose powder or rosehip powder, 1 tbsp dried lemongrass or fresh lemongrass, 2 tbsp fresh or dried flowers
Directions:
Measure all the ingredients in a bowl and stir with a wooden spoon or spatula to combine. Transfer to a jar or an airtight container and store in the bathroom. To use, add 2 large handfuls to a full bath. Use your hand to move the powder around the water, encouraging it to dissolve.
To use this as a foot soak, fill a large bowl with hot water and add 1 large tablespoon bath soak. Soak your feet for 10-30 minutes, massaging them.
